Run Boy Run

Run Boy Run could be the story of Jurek, an eight-year-old boy, that escapes by the Warsaw ghetto, subsequently manages to live from the woods and act as a farm hand, disguising himself. He encounters people who will punish him for a reward, who will beat him up or attempt to kill himand he matches with people who can perform and risk anything to help him. Jurek's resilience is put to the ultimate test, when an accident cripples him. However he struggles on against all odds. Eventually on his area is reached by the Russians and Jurek even finds a family where he could stay. Yet he is betrayed and also a new man from the orphanage tries to bring Jurek straight back.
