Showdown

Ken has only moved along with his mum from Kansas. He talks with a girl. Tom is learning karate from Lee, a sensei whose brother was murdered by a rookie cop. Billy has since been the janitor of the school that Ken, Julie and Tom go to. When Ken gets beaten up from Tom for conversing with Julie again, Billy helps Ken by teaching him how to defend himself, which finally leads to a struggle between student loan pupil, and sensei vs. sensei.
