The Hagstone Demon

Douglas Elmore is a alcoholic writer and care taker chased by supernatural forces and haunted by visions of his dead wife bent. Douglas suspects a sexually alluring although strange homeless prostitute called Karna who prowls the vacant city and cries by day in his basement when renters start turning up dead in the halls and stairwells of the brownstone apartment building time. But while the bodies pile up, Douglas is torn between his growing obsession with all Karna and the threat of becoming a suspect in a murder investigation.
