James, an honest police officer who works for the Commercial Crime Bureau, is keeping a close eye on Lee Siu-pong, a slick businessman. When Lee's business activities attract the attention of an enterprising blackmailer, Lee has the person killed. Lee worries that James has the incriminating document, so he does the only thing a real criminal would do: he kidnaps the cop's girlfriend, Suki. When James gives chase, Lee sets off an explosion that badly burns James. After months of painful healing, James puts on a silver mask and goes on a bloody, gut-wrenching mission of revenge. Suki, who has become Lee's unwilling mistress, also plans for the thug's violent death.
