Weightless
Rural Fulton County, Georgia has few houses, a bar, a gas station with a minimarket, and a waste dump. He cleans up and takes home a few valuable glass bottles from the garbage dump where introverted Joel works. Then one day he gets an unexpected phone call: his ex-wife has vanished, leaving him in charge of their son. Joel, about to see his kid for the first time, has no idea how to interact with Will,10, who seems to live in his own world. Will begins to open up to his father thanks to Clara, a bright girl from the neighborhood. But the youth worker is already knocking. It's a thoughtful, slightly gloomy movie about two strangers who find a deep understanding of each other.
