Minato Shindo has syndrome. His memory is amazing, but he's difficulty communicating with other people. He dreamed of becoming a doctor when Minato was modest. He met with Doctor Akira Shiga and he wished to be a pediatric physician. The 7-year-old's memory of the human organs surprised akira plus in achieving his fantasy, he chose to support Minato. Finally, Minato passed the national exam for medical professionals and graduated from medical school. Akira acts as a manager at a large hospital. He proposes to Minato to workin the surgery department at the hospital at which he works.
