Lovers

Lovers is actually just a South Korean television show starring Kim Jung-eun and Lee Seo-jin who play with with a cosmetic surgeon and a gangster who input in an unlikely love affair. It aired on SBS in November 8, 2006 to January 1 1, 2007 in 21:55 for 20 episodes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. It is the 3rd and last installment of the"Lovers" trilogy by writer Kim Eun-sook and manager Shin Woo-chul. Unlike Lovers in Prague that were partially shot in Europe and previous payments Lovers in Paris, Lovers filmed on location in China's Hainan Island. Lovers is based upon the Lee Man-hee stage play Turn Around and Leavethe same work that inspired the 1998 blockbuster film A Promise starring Jeon Do-yeon and Park Shin-yang.
