Ellie and her loyal dog Totoshka are once again in the Magic Country at the most opportune moment. The Emerald City authorities are once again attempting to apprehend the treacherous Urfin Jus, who, despite losing an army of wooden troops, has not abandoned his nasty habit of ruining everyone's lives. Urfin now wields the sorceress Gingema's magic book, which grants her master's every wish, putting the Scarecrow the Wise, the Brave Leo, and the Iron Woodman in jeopardy. Ally, Totoshka, and their new buddy Tim make the decision to assist the residents of the Magic Country. What's more, Tim likes Ellie, and what can't you do for love? Take, for instance, absurdity.
